| مذكرة | Avec le passage à une société du temps libre, Naples à l’instar d’autres villes, doit à son tour faire face au réaménagement de son port de commerce, suivant une tendance à la modernisation des structures et infrastructures urbaines reflétant les modèles issus de la mondialisation, sans référence à l’histoire et aux traditions locales. Du chantier pour la nouvelle ligne de métro, au projet pour le réaménagement de Place Municipio et au nouveau front d’eau, se profile en effet une « ville-future » qui entend se placer sur le marché de l’industrie touristique et culturelle comme à l’époque du Grand Tour, mais laissant en suspens les questions de la réhabilitation du Centre antique, de l’assainissement des quartiers périphériques et de l’expropriation séculaire de la mer.; Now entered in a leisure era, Napoli is facing the redevelopment of its trade harbor. In the spirit of the globalization pattern, the city modernizes its urban structures and infrastructures without taking its history and local traditions into account. To reach a « futurist town » label, and be recognized on the touristic and cultural market, as in the Grand Tour period, the city undertakes plans such as works for a new subway line, the redevelopment of Piazza Municipio and a new waterfront. These plans are led without considering the restoration of the Historic center, the suburbs’ cleaning up and the secular splitting between the town and the city.; Con il passaggio al tempo libero, anche Napoli si trova a confrontarsi con il ridisegno del suo porto commerciale, in perfetta sintonia con quanto è avvenuto altrove, mentre la tendenza alla modernizzazione delle strutture ed infrastrutture urbane sembra riflettere i modelli della mondializzazione, senza alcun riferimento alla storia ed alle tradizioni locali. Dai lavori per la nuova linea Metropolitana, al progetto per il ridisegno di Piazza Municipio, al nuovo waterfront, tutto concorre infatti nella prospettiva di una città-futura, che intende ripresentarsi sul mercato dell’industria turistica e culturale come ai tempi del Grand Tour, ma lasciando irrisolti i nodi del recupero del Centro Antico, del risanamento dei quartieri periferici e della secolare espropriazione del mare. |
